As a growing company, we are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. 

 

From the pandemic to the global inflation, situations continue to take a toll on our mental health.  Now is one of the few times in history when so many people from across the globe have come together to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others.

 

Mental health is more than just feeling good. It’s more than just being happy, or having energy. Mental health decides how you think, how you feel, how you function as a human being. And as much as we don’t like to admit it, mental health problems are very real and something that affects everyone in some way or another.

 

Every day, thousands of people around the world struggle with their own mental health issues — from stress and anxiety to depression and other conditions such as addiction or eating disorders. And while there are many ways to combat these issues and live a happier life, some people still feel alone or misunderstood when it comes to seeking help for their own mental health problems.

An estimated one in eight people globally were living with a mental disorder before the pandemic. At the same time, the services, skills and funding available for mental health remain in short supply, and fall far below what is needed, especially in low and middle income countries”

Mental health problems affect people’s lives in significant ways, whether they’re causing serious disruption or just causing mild unhappiness. It’s important to realize that mental illness is not just about having a bad day or being moody. It can impact your ability to work and perform daily tasks, your relationships with others, even how you see yourself or your place in the world. As hard as it may be sometimes to talk about these issues openly — we believe it’s important that we do so, so that we can create changes together.”

 

We at Ideamind believe that it is now more relevant than ever to draw attention to mental health issues that people are facing all over the world. On World Mental Health Day, we urge everyone to take a moment for themselves and get in tune with their inner self.
